It was Teachers' Day yesterday.
Reach school at about 6.30am to practise the Aces Day Dance with the whole class. Some of us painted 1C on our hands.
Most of us had our hair sprayed brown with Kah Hui's hair spray, and we finish her spray. Thank you and sorry Kah Hui!
The teachers had randomly picked the order of which class will perform first and last. Then 1C got to go first, we were so shocked as we were quite nervous.
After the Performance i have to say that it was better that the rehearsals we had.
1G was the class jumping throughout the song, but it was really very nice. Their teacher was so enthusiastic too. Even Mrs Balan wanted them to perform again.
During their 1G's second performance, Ms Yap pulled Jarred out to dance/jump with them, we were like laughing our stomachs out. Jarred didn't know what to do, as usual, he was blur blur.
1D was quite good, they had lots of good dance steps and stunts, they were surely a strong competitor.
Then time for announcing the winners. Third was 1A, most of us was puzzled on how did they get third, as it is very obvious that the people behind wasn't moving at all. I think most of us are very unhappy, but we can only work harder next year.Second was 1G while First was 1D. It was somehow expected.
1C, work harder for next year!!! :D
The concert was quite exciting with the three winning classes of each level fighting for overall champions. 1D, 2D, 3D. It's all the D classes. In the end, 3D won, i agree that they were really good, but 1D and 2D were really good too. We saw some baby or toddler photos of some teacher, and we were like guessing among us, Candy always wanted to answer but couldn't. Finally he could, but she got it wrong. Never mind, at least you have tried Candy. We also had some fun items like VJ singing "SOS' by Jonas Brothers and some teachers performing a dance after learning the steps from 1G, the class which had everyone jumping throughout the song, and the one that attracted most peoples' attention. Then all the teachers had to go on stage for the teachers' pledge, after the 1C shout this line:"MS LAU, 1C LOVE YOU!" Haha... It was so much fun, we learnt this from An Ping, who would always say "Mdm Tham i love you", or "Ms Lau i love you". I don't know if Ms Lau heard it or not, but i think i can some how imagine her reaction if she heard it. Can you? hahas... :D
Took a photo with Ms Lau together with Rachel and Crystal, cause we went for guides' meeting, so didn't take class photo. In the end, Ms Lau took one with the three of us.
Went back to HWS. Saw Desmond, OMG! His voice totally changed like hell, if not for that, he would have no change. He didn't even grew much taller. Saw lots of old friends and teachers.
Saw Ms Lee and told her about seeing her in Vivo, then she was like:"Ya, i saw you too! And you never come and say hi!". Haha... i told her i didn't cause i saw her angry was and was afraid of entering the tiger's mouth. Then she said she was angry with the organiser about not being able to put the Skipping performance in the firs slot, as the team have to run for the NE show. Anyway, it has past.
Waited for Hui Wen and some others to come. Saw Ge Lin and she was like there hugging me and others too... I don't know why she became so enthu, but she definitely changed a little after entering SOTA(School Of The Arts). Then compared heights with Hui Wen, and she was so sad that she was still a little bit shorter than us. Haha... Hui Wen, jump more... :D
Not all of the 6Ps were there, some were busy, some left early, some couldn't come... Not really a 6P gathering, maybe wait for next time. :)
Saw that Kenneth Tan, the one in QUEST too, but in 1D. Then he in my face saw our class is a loser, he's so bad. I told him that he is the one (not1D, only him), in terms of insulting others, when others didn't offend him. His so insulting to 1C,i mean if other classmates of mine know, they will sure scold him like hell. Kenneth Tan, you better WATCH OUT!
Then actually wanted to find Linda Teacher, my ex tuition teacher, but she wasn't there. So went to my grandma house and spent my day there till the night when my father came to fetch me.
Total up it was quite an enjoyable day except for somethings... It may be one of my very memorable Teachers' day... :D
